Nice to meet you. I’m Heather Poyhonen, founder of Jane Oliver Homes, a boutique real estate and project management company built for both savvy investors and people who simply want to love where they live.
I bring over 11 years of experience across brokerage, property management, project management, portfolio management, and development to help my clients. I’ve had the honor of helping everyone from first-time homebuyers to large-scale investors make smart, confident decisions. I pride myself in being straightforward, with an eye for spotting problems before they become expensive. Protecting your interests is my top priority.
I named Jane Oliver Homes after my two greatest inspirations: my kids, Oliver and Jane. My family is the foundation of everything I do, and what grounds me in how I lead — steady, loyal, and deeply committed to the people who trust me.
Outside of work, I’m a proud “I’ll be at every game” mom who believes in cheering loudly, letting kids be kids, and not sweating the small stuff. I’m happy to say that many of my clients have become like extended family.
